If the lesson is canceled by adverse weather condition, raining or government policy, makeup lesson will be provided. If you can't attend the lesson for any personal reason, For group class student, we would only provide makeup lesson if you informed us before the payment. For private class student, Cancellation made after the booking is confirmed will incur a fee$60 as LCSD does not refund booking fee Cancellation made within 48 hours before class will incur a fee of $200/ hour booked Cancellation made within 24 hour before class will incur a fee of $400/hour booked

In case of adverse weather (rain, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above hoisted) 1hour before the lesson, the lesson wll be canceled. In other situtaions, the coach will decide if it is suitable for the lesson to go on and you will be notified via Whatsapp or phone call within one hour before the class If the lesson can't go on, no charges apply and classes will be rescheduled

The lesson charge will depends on the raining time ? Within first 20 mins – free of charge After 20 mins – 50% of full fee After 30 mins – 75% of full fee After 45 mins – 100% of full fee
